Ripple has opened a new office in Brazil, according to a crypto edition of the Cointelegraph. Thus, a cryptocurrency startup seeks to develop its business in Latin America.

While the truth is Ripple officially don’t announced this news. Obviously this will take place at CIAB Febraban – the event for Fintech and banking, which will be held from 11 to 13 June.

The new Brazilian office will be headed by Luis Antonio Sacco, who previously stated that the startup intends to attract as many clients as possible to work with the RippleNet payment network. At the same time, the activity of the office will be focused not only on Brazil, but also on the whole of South America. At the same time, Ripple plans to launch various educational programs in collaboration with the largest educational institutions in Brazil.

Also note that the recent news that Ripple acquired MoneyGram money transfer system turned out to be a fake. Representatives of the company declined to comment, advising to follow the official news.
