The launch of the new payment system based on its own cryptocurrency social network Facebook has planned for the first quarter of 2020, reports the BBC. And at this point in time, Facebook representatives are negotiating with representatives of the US Treasury on operational and regulatory issues of the blockchain project, Libra Network.

And last month, the founder of social network Mark Zuckerberg, as you know, met with Bank of England governor Mark Carney to discuss the opportunities and risks associated with the launch of cryptocurrencies.

It also notes that Gemini and Coinbase will be the first platforms on which “GlobalCoin” from Facebook may appear; Listing negotiations are already underway.
