According to TechCrunch, on April 23, well known exchange Binance launched a new exchange in Singapore.

So far, trading opportunities on the new exchange are very limited. For example, customers can buy Bitcoin (BTC), but only for dollars (SGD).

Binance Singapore works with the Xfers payment system through which you can buy a cryptocurrency approved by Singaporean regulators. To start working with the exchange, customers need to: create an account in Binance Singapore, link it with their Xfers account, then you can start trading.

BTC / SGD is only an initial pair. If the platform shows good safety performance, then over time, the list of supported currencies is expected to expand.

Recall that on April 23, Binance announced the launch of a decentralized trading platform (DEX) after it launched its own blockchain – Binance Chain. Although Binance DEX will be available for use only later, about 8.5 million trading operations were performed during its testing.
